Professional Know-how

Minimum qualifications:

  • Grade 12 or relevant tertiary qualification

Minimum Experience:

  • 2 – 3 years Talent Acquisition Specialist / Talent Partner experience within the BPO or similar environment
  • Previous track record

Key Responsibilities

  • Owns full accountability for the end-to-end resourcing process and candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
  • Business or functionally aligned relationship management; driving full end to end resourcing solution via effective partnering with resourcing delivery teams (UK, Mumbai, South Africa), hiring managers, divisional HR/P&D colleagues
  • Accountable for reviewing and approving all job adverts released externally ensuring they are compliant and drive appropriate levels of attraction and are always honest, authentic and free from bias

As a Talent Acquisition Partner youll be supporting the delivery of the end-to-end recruitment process within the organization covering collaboration with hiring managers understanding the companys needs and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. What youll be doing

As part of your role your responsibilities will include :

Collaboration with Hiring Managers

Working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs job requirements and departmental objectives

Strategic Partner to hiring managers providing expertise on talent market and advising on recruitment strategies

Candidate Sourcing

Attracting candidates through various sourcing methods including job boards social media and networking to identify and attract qualified candidates

Proactively building talent pipeline for current and future needs

Screening and Interviewing

Conduct initial resume screening and pre-screening to assess candidate fit to the role and organisation

Scheduling Interviews with hiring panel

Scheduling candidate assessments were required

Conducting and scheduling background checks and risk assessment checks

Offer Negotiation and Closing

Partnering with hiring team to generate compensation proposals

Managing candidate offer process and closing successful candidates

Recruitment Process Management

Responsible and accountable for full end-to-end recruitment process ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws

Contributing to the development and enhancement of the organisations employer brand as well as representing the company positively in the external market

Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Collaborating with HR and Hiring Managers to ensure a smooth transition for new hires during the pre-onboarding and onboarding process

Data Management and Reporting

Responsible and accountable for maintaining accurate and up to date candidate records in the applicant tracking system

Responsible for providing recruitment metric and insights reports to hiring teams

Essential skills youll bring to the table

The necessary skills that we require for this role include :

Degree or Diploma

3-5 years end to end proven experience in recruiting for IT / tech roles preferably in a fast-paced environment.

3-5 years Experience managing and maintaining an ATS preferably Workday

3-5 years experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner within a corporate environment

Biometric certification preferably MIE

Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.

Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter)

Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders effectively.

Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.

Desirable skills youve got up your sleeve

It would be great if you also have some of the following skills :

In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets including odds calculation betting types and market trends

Role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a crucial role in finding and attracting top-tier tech talent to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing the offer process. Responsibilities

You should have:
