As a Recruitment Associate with Agency Growth Team, you will source and reach out to potential qualified candidates for open roles with AGT clients. You will serve as the go-to person between candidates and clients, coordinating the hiring process end-to-end.
We’re looking for a professional who can work independently, has a passion for creative thinking, loves conversations and building relationships. You are positive, a good listener, and committed to improving outcomes for people. You should be able to engage with people, show empathy, invite them to share their stories, and demonstrate emotional intelligence that fosters trust. You will follow best practices and SOPs, and you should adapt and improve processes to consistently achieve better results.
To be successful, you must excel at creating and fostering conversations, prequalifying candidates, conducting interviews, and preparing candidate profiles for review.
Responsibilities- Use our software (GHL) to text, call and schedule new candidates
- Update daily tracking metrics
- Answer and respond to inquiries via phone, SMS, and email
- Identify prospects, determine eligibility, and schedule interviews
- Collect and enter information relevant to hiring profiles
- Adhere to policies and procedures and use recruitment training materials
- Suggest improved procedures to facilitate growth
- Provide top-quality customer service consistently
- Support the Mission, Vision and Values of Agency Growth Team
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager
- Proven experience in recruitment and/or customer service
- Experience in scheduling interviews and maintaining an organized schedule
- Friendly, assertive and strong communication skills (via phone, SMS & email)
- Technically proficient with CRM software (GHL)
- Excellent communication skills with candidates and cross-departmentally
- Experience with office management systems and Google products
- Ability to think proactively and prioritize work
- Self-directed and time management skills
- Ability to learn quickly and execute with speed
- Availability for 8-hour shifts within Mon-Fri 7:30 AM–4:30 PM EST; flexibility for additional hours if needed
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Responsive to client inquiries and team members during working hours
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Remote-work autonomy and reliable internet for calls/Zoom
- Participate in daily team meetings
