We are looking for a Designer & Sales Consultant to join our highly motivated and energetic team of kitchen and built-in cupboard designers and consultants, to service a reputable retailer in Bloemfontein, Free State, and the surrounding areas. As a Designer & Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact within the Kitchen department. Owning a vehicle is essential.

Responsibilities and Duties- Liaising with clients
- Measuring and consulting on site
- Developing and creating inspiring proposals

- Following up leads
- Converting leads to sales
- Meeting monthly sales targets
- Participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking to promote the brand
- Monitoring the target market, analyzing competitors, and keeping up with trends, latest innovations, and products
- Administration
- Achieving KPIs
Essential Requirements:
- A background in Kitchen Design, with training provided for our system
- Grade 12 or higher
- Sales driven and customer service-oriented
- Willing to work retail hours
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude
- Friendly, efficient, and flexible problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Previous experience preferred
- Good mathematics skills
- Organized, reliable, hardworking, and a strong team player
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail
