Job Purpose:
To ensure good quality cost effective nursing care in a rehabilitative, and palliative care context (Intermediate Care), also including the following:
Assessment of patient needs, development, implementation and evaluation of holistic and comprehensive nursing care plans, and the documentation of all aspects of the patient care process.
