You’re reading this because something brought you here.

Maybe it was fate.

Maybe it was one of our eye-catching designs (hey, we take pride in our creative work).

Or maybe—just maybe—you’re that rare breed of creative who gets equal satisfaction from crafting the perfect brand strategy AND executing stunning visuals with your own two hands.

If this sounds like you,

We have an opportunity for you!

But first,

We’re Future Famous, and we’re looking for someone exceptional to lead our creative department.

Someone who can think strategically about brand positioning while also being able to jump into Premiere Pro and edit a client testimonial video.

Someone who can direct a content marketing roadmap in the morning and design social media graphics in the afternoon.

Someone who absolutely loves what they do—who lives and breathes creative production with genuine passion.

Someone who knows that beautiful design without purpose is just decoration.

So now the question is, is that someone you?

Because if it is, we might just be about to offer you the role you’ve been waiting for.

WHO WE ARE

At Future Famous, we’re not just another digital marketing agency in South Africa.

We’re a team of performance marketing specialists with a singular focus: generating high-quality leads that become paying customers for our clients.

Since 2018, we’ve worked with over 125 businesses, managed more than R50 million in ad spend, and generated over R150 million in revenue for our clients.

How?

By creating and perfecting our Lead Machine system.

As Creative Director, you’ll be responsible for the visual identity of our brand and creating compelling content that supports our lead generation efforts, including:

  • Creative direction for client campaigns
  • Brand strategy development and execution

This isn’t about making things look pretty for the sake of it.

We’re obsessed with real results.

Every piece of content, every design element, every video must serve our ultimate purpose: generating leads that convert.

Our mission is clear: Triple the sales of 100 companies by 2030.

If you join us as Creative Director, you won’t just be making pretty things – you’ll be a critical part of a team that’s transforming businesses across South Africa through strategic, results-driven creative work.

Now let’s talk about you.

YOU MUST BE

You will be the perfect candidate if you have:

  • Exceptional Video Production Skills : Advanced proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects) with a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create engaging, professional video content.

  • Content Marketing Expertise : Proven ability to create content strategies that generate leads and build brand awareness.
  • Production Management Experience : Demonstrated ability to manage creative projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
YOU’LL THRIVE HERE IF

  • You share our core values :
    • Honesty – You tell it like it is, even when it’s not what people want to hear
    • Hard Work – You understand that exceptional results require exceptional effort
