Mit Fokus auf Traffic, Conversion und Umsatzwachstum arbeiten Sie eng mit internen Abteilungen sowie externen Agenturen zusammen, mit dem Ziel, unsere Website als primären Buchungskanal zu positionieren.

Als E-Commerce Manager Gestalten Sie Die Digitale Story Unseres Hauses Aktiv Mit Und Optimieren Sämtliche Digitale Kontaktpunkte Der Guest Journey. Ihre Hauptaufgaben Umfassen U.a.
Brand.com
- Steigerung der Direktbuchungen durch strategische Web-Performance und optimierte User Journeys
- Weiterentwicklung der Hotel-Website mit Fokus auf Conversion, UX, SEO und GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
- Überwachung und Optimierung von SEO-Performance und Content-Qualität
- Nutzung von Tools wie Google Analytics, Agentur-Dashboards und SynXis zur datenbasierten Entscheidungsfindung
- Zusammenarbeit mit regionalen und globalen E-Commerce-Teams zur Implementierung neuer Funktionen und globaler Marken Initiativen
- Sicherstellung der DSGVO- sowie schweizerischen Datenschutz-Compliance
- Erstellung von Inhalten für Angeboten in Abstimmung mit Revenue- und Marketingabteilung
- Analyse des Nutzerverhaltens, Website-Performance, Trafficquellen, etc.
- Wettbewerbsbeobachtung und Ableitung digitaler Trends und Benchmarks
- Planung und Umsetzung digitaler Kampagnen (Paid Search, Display, Paid Social, Meta Search etc.) in wichtigen Quellmärkten
- Analyse der Performance zur strategischen Skalierung oder Beendigung von Kampagnen
- Regelmäßige Wettbewerbsanalyse zur Sicherstellung von Online-Sichtbarkeit und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit
- Pflege und Optimierung der Hotel Präsenz auf OTAs (Inhalte, Bilder, Bewertungs-Scores)
- Management und Pflege von Google My Business Seiten, sowie Listings
- Entwicklung von Up- und Cross-Selling-Strategien auf digitalen Kanälen
- Sicherstellung einer CI-konformen Bildwelt auf allen marken eigenen und Drittplattformen
- Entwicklung einer zielgerichteten Newsletter-Strategie gemeinsam mit den Fachabteilungen (Marketing, PR, F&B, Spa, etc.)
- Analyse der Newsletter-Performance und Segmentierung der Empfänger Profile
- Aktives Verfolgen von digitalen Innovationen und Technologien
- Unterstützung interner digitaler Werbemaßnahmen (z.B. Hotel Screens, Guest TVs)
- Erstellung einfacher grafischer Inhalte mittels Canva für interne Marketingzwecke
- Digital Native mit 3–5 Jahren Erfahrung im Hotel-E-Commerce oder digitalen Marketing im Luxussegment
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder Master) in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Betriebswirtschaft, Hospitality Management oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.

What We’re Looking For:
The Analyst II, Marketing Strategy and Analysis is responsible for the monthly digital marketing budget and projected return on investment across programs and verticals(similar degrees offered across multiple partners, e.g. MBAs). The Analyst II, Marketing Strategy and Analysis will be directly responsible for managing a portfolio of paid tactics (Facebook, LinkedIn, Partnerships, etc.) across programs with moderate complexity and revenue impact for the business. This role has ownership of day-to-day optimizing of the health of programs within purview against KPI’s and is responsible for accurate management of spend.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Program Management and Monitoring:
- Actively manages the marketing spend of 2-3 moderate to high complexity and revenue impact 2U programs
- Uses data to flag risks and opportunities within programs/verticals, proactively suggests strategy to improve using statistics and analytical methods
- Identifies and executes upon strong/weak spend opportunities with direction from management
- Reports on pacing performance to leadership
- Works cross-functionally to create and execute new media campaigns, troubleshoot data issues, and provide program data to stakeholders
Analysis:
- Soundly speculates upon projected conversion of marketing tactics and likely ROI of spend for programs/verticals within scope
- Performs analysis on program health and identifies trends impacting KPI’s, and highlights key discrepancies versus expectations to leadership
- Performs ad-hoc analysis as needed to support the larger team
- Acts as subject matter expert in 1+ key team functions
Planning:
- Works with leadership to set the monthly paid digital marketing strategy and budget for 2-3 2U programs
- Creates deliverables conveying detailed marketing plan on a monthly basis
- Effectively articulates monthly marketing plan to leadership and makes necessary edits based on feedback
Project Management:
- Responsible for successful and timely completion of both BAU and ad-hoc projects through collaboration with leadership
- Owner of several key reporting/functional projects on behalf of the team
- Influences cross-functional teams to deliver material needed to complete projects
- Go-to owner of 1 or more business-critical projects
Things That Should Be In Your Background:
- Bachelor’s degree (from a business, economics, or math related field is a plus)
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, analytics, or relevant business using data to solve problems
- Working knowledge of Excel, and some previous exposure to SQL or other databases
- Experience working with media engines, such as Adwords, web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and data visualization tools, such as Tableau preferred.

What We’re Looking For:
The Senior Analyst, Marketing Strategy and Analysis is responsible for the monthly digital marketing budget and projected return on investment across a portfolio of online executive education programs. The Senior Analyst, Marketing Strategy and Analysis will be directly responsible for managing a portfolio of paid tactics (Facebook, LinkedIn, Search, etc.) across programs with high complexity and revenue impact for the business. This role has ownership of day-to-day optimizing of the health of programs within purview against KPI’s and is responsible for accurate management of spend.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Analysis:
- Actively manages the marketing spend of online short courses within the executive education business line
- Accountable for proactively problem solving on key program/vertical challenges
- Uses strong understanding of program audience segmentation to drive growth
- Actively identifies and executes testing with clear hypothesis and learning agenda
- Uses statistics and analytical methods to strategically approach programs within scope
Planning and Execution:
- Owns program budget and marketing tactic management for high-impact programs/verticals
- Creates and soundly articulates monthly marketing plan to leadership featuring both short-term and long-term strategic thinking
- Soundly speculates upon projected conversion of paid tactics and likely ROI of marketing spend for programs/verticals within scope
- Identifies and executes upon strong/weak spend opportunities with limited direction from management
- Dynamically and impactfully updates marketing plan using real-time data
Project Management:
- Responsible for successful and timely completion of both BAU and high-impact projects including new program launches through collaboration with Manager
- Go-to owner of 2 or more business-critical projects
- Influences other teams to deliver projects critical to program growth or health
Things That Should Be In Your Background:
- Bachelor’s degree (from a business, economics, or math related field is a plus)
- 4-7 years of experience in marketing, analytics, or relevant business using data to solve problems
- Working knowledge of Excel, and some previous exposure to SQL or other databases
- Experience working with media engines, such as Adwords, web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and data visualization tools, such as Tableau preferred.
- Looking for the opportunity to set business strategy
- Keen interest in digital marketing (prior experience a plus, but not required)
- Adept at problem solving and can balance creativity with analytical skills
- Strong work ethic and doesn’t accept complacency
- Demonstrates proactive thinking – always seeking ways to do something better

What We’re Looking For:
The Analyst, Marketing Strategy and Analysis is responsible for supporting digital marketing budget management and performance reporting across 2U’s online programs. The role focuses on optimizing paid marketing tactics (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Partnerships) and generating actionable insights to improve program health. The Analyst will work closely with senior team members to analyze performance data, execute test strategies, and provide marketing recommendations aligned with KPIs and ROI targets.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Analysis:
- Actively manages the marketing spend of assigned programs.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics for assigned programs.
- Identify trends, troubleshoot underperformance, and provide data-driven insights.
- Support segmentation analysis to understand audience behavior and program dynamics.
- Assist in the development and interpretation of A/B testing and performance experiments.
- Use data tools such as Excel, SQL, or visualization platforms (Tableau preferred) to deliver actionable reports.
Planning and Execution:
- Manages monthly marketing plans and campaign spend across selected programs.
- Track budgets and contribute to projections of marketing ROI.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support marketing campaigns.
- Proactively recommend budget reallocations based on real-time data.
Project Management:

- Coordinate timelines, gather inputs, and ensure data readiness for projects.
- Provide analytical support for cross-team initiatives tied to program success.
