Position Overview
This role is aimed at junior-level or graduate candidates who want to build a career in industrial refrigeration. The environment includes exposure to large-scale refrigeration systems used in cold storage facilities, slaughterhouses, blast freezing systems, food processing plants, and industrial cold chain operations. This is not suitable for candidates whose experience is limited to residential or office HVAC systems unless they also have strong industrial refrigeration exposure.
Minimum Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
