Position : Junior Account Manager
Working Hours : Mon to Fri 9 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM MST
Location : Remote (South Africa)
Salary : $1500 $1800 / month (based on experience)
About the RoleWere seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager to support our account team in managing smaller projects and freeing up senior team members for larger more complex work. This role requires someone who is highly organized communicates well and takes initiative without needing constant direction. Youll collaborate with internal design teams clients and suppliersplaying a key part in the successful delivery of marketing and print production projects.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned accounts and smaller client projects
- Coordinate with internal design and production teams to ensure timely project delivery
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and vendors
- Assist in quoting and estimating physical production jobs (e.g. print packaging)
- Track project progress timelines and deliverables
- Use Slack and other communication tools effectively to stay aligned with the team
- Place orders with suppliers and track delivery status
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using Slack for team collaboration
- Self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs and act without detailed instructions
- Reliable responsive and proactive
- Previous experience in a marketing or creative agency (especially client-facing roles)
- Experience working with large consumer brands (e.g. Nike or equivalent)
- Familiarity with quoting / estimating print production work

About The Position
As an Account Manager, you'll drive inbound sales growth and identify new leads primarily through an inbound client approach. In this dynamic, ever-changing environment, your focus will be on showcasing the benefits of our SaaS Source Code Escrow platform while providing excellent customer service.
Your main tasks will include:
- Advising customers on potential solutions and building strong relationships through excellent customer service
- Preparing email sequences and promptly responding to customer emails in a professional manner
- Identifying and contacting new leads through inbound channels, following up via email or phone
- A/B testing different approaches to optimize results and improve conversion rates
- Conducting online platform demos to showcase our products' benefits and features
- Creating and negotiating offers to close deals with potential customers
- Upselling to active customers by identifying additional value and benefits

Skills & Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers

- Comfortable using a variety of technology platforms and tools
- Time management skills: Ability to manage workload effectively and prioritize to meet targets and deadlines
