You will be part of IN Amazon Freight team. You would be responsible for leading, developing and executing a sales strategy to sell express line haul services to shippers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, a strong understanding of the transportation industry, and the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers. You will work closely with internal stakeholders including Line haul operations, S&OP, network control tower, Analytics, Finance, technology, Marketing and external stakeholders such as carriers. The individual should have a can-do attitude and an ability to solve problems independently with limited guidance. You would indvidualy contribute as well as lead a team of sales managers and executives. • Develop and execute a sales strategy to sell line haul services to all types of shippers in industries such as FMCG, e-commerce, third party logistics providers, consumer brands etc.
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities
• Generate leads and qualify prospects
• Conduct sales presentations and close deals
• Build relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise shippers
• Manage a team of sales representatives
• Track and report on sales performance
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
• Working with cross functional global teams on launching various programs in India

Responsibilities
  • Conduct audits by performing thorough audits of brands' Amazon accounts, recording a 20-40-minute Loom video to document the account's current state.
  • Analyze Metrics: Download and analyze business reports to calculate crucial account metrics, such as CPA, cost per session, conversion rate, TACOS, profits, etc.
  • Listing Optimization: Review and assess product listings to identify opportunities for improvement in images, copywriting, SEO, and A+ content. Provide recommendations to increase CTR and CVR.
  • Keyword Analysis: Evaluate the performance of keywords and their rankings, offering actionable tips to enhance organic placement.
  • Amazon Ads Review: Examine brands' Amazon Ads accounts for organization and proper naming of portfolios and campaigns.
  • Campaign Optimization: Assess the top 3-5 campaigns for proper structure and optimization, suggesting strategies for improvement.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Summarize top strategies based on the audit findings to help brands enhance their performance and sales on Amazon.
  • Trivium Introduction: Introduce Trivium and explain how our expertise can benefit the brand's Amazon journey.
  • Expectations Communication: Provide a summary of what brands can expect in the first few months of collaboration.
  • Express Gratitude: Thank brands for choosing our services and investing in an audit.
  • Contact Information: Provide clear instructions on how to contact us for further inquiries or to proceed with our services.
Requirements
  • Strong spoken and written English is a MUST.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon's platform, policies, and best practices.

Amazon is looking for a Team Lead to manage Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) within a single or multiple Product families. Amazon Vendor Services are a suite of services designed to help Amazon's most strategic vendors grow and deliver the best customer experience by working across all key retail levers (e.g. selection, availability, operational efficiency, catalog quality, and marketing).
The service is delivered primarily through AVS specialist assigned to specific vendors. Amazon has an ambitious vision for the future of this service, focusing on business impact for vendors and the categories, operational scalability and vendor satisfaction. As Team Lead, you will be responsible to deliver impact to a group of strategic vendors, through a team AVS Specialist reporting to you. Your priority will be to deliver on our commitment to help vendors improve their performance across key retail metrics, ensure their satisfaction with the service and continuously improve the productivity of your team. You will work in close collaboration with Vendor Managers to understand your vendors' needs and define the right goals and targets.
Finally you will be expected to contribute to continuous enhancements and innovation within the service. You should be passionate about managing and developing people, highly analytical, resourceful and customer focused. You need to have a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced and dynamic business environments while managing the sometimes-conflicting needs of different groups of stakeholders.
Key job responsibilities
- Partner with Vendor Managers and key retail category functions to define priorities and operational goals according to vendor needs
- Own the relationship with the most important vendors subscribed to the AVS service (through the AVS specialist)
- Manage a team of Brand Specialists owning the joint business plans for a large pool of vendors to deliver significant business impact
- Audit metrics regularly to continually drive quality of vendor and employee experience across multiple sub-categories
- Work with the AVS specialists to drive adoption of tools and offshore processes and drive productivity within your team
- Define the skills required within the team to support your vendors with specific problems and opportunity areas
- Develop the right skillsets within the team and allocate resources to vendors Grow and develop people into a talent pool for Amazon
- Deliver business results through the team
- Run and deliver high impact project that directly impacts the AVS strategy and success metrics within Amazon
- Develop the team for future pipelines into AVS management, VM roles or global roles
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience
- 3+ years of market research analyst, product manager, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of doing one of several roles: quantitative/financial analysis, retail buying, retail planning & allocation, product/project management, pricing, marketing or e-commerce experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration
- People management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of doing one of several roles: management consulting, investment banking analyst/associate, or brand manager role at leading consumer packaged goods company experience
- Experience in financial analysis, retail buying, retail planning & allocation, product/project management, marketing, business development, consulting, negotiation or supply chain
- Experience navigating multi tiered multinational stakeholders and highly ambiguous, complex environments at Amazon or similar large corporations.

In this role, you are the central leader across the end-to-end AVS program delivery process. You are responsible for defining and prioritizing roadmaps, delivering cohesive value driven CX plans through multiple cross-functional teams, and leveraging stakeholders to measurably improve AVS program delivery and output. This role is highly visible and directly responsible for influencing many levels of leadership across product, finance, vendor management, operations, and tech teams.
The ideal candidate has a strong customer experience background, intuition, business and product sense combined with solid understanding of technical concepts and prioritization. You must also be passionate about building and iterating indirectly through cross-functional teams. High judgment, ability to influence, analytical talent, exceptional communications, and leadership are essential to success in this role.
Key job responsibilities
- Define and deliver customer-focused product and programs with broad cross-functional business impact

Basic Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture, configuration, and management of Amazon Connect and Connex contact center platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Experience, IT, DevOps, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration with CRMs, ticketing systems, and other enterprise tools.
  • Design and implement IVR flows, call routing strategies, Lambda functions, and real-time analytics dashboards.
  • Maintain and optimize platform performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Manage security, compliance, and governance requirements on the platform.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Handle incident response, root cause analysis, and implement proactive monitoring strategies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in contact center technology with a focus on Amazon Connect .
  • Solid experience with Connex platform implementation and management.
  • Proficiency with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, and IAM .
  • Experience integrating Amazon Connect with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and other communication channels.
  • Experience with API integrations , call recording systems, and real-time dashboards.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Ability to document solutions and train users effectively.
  • AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect , AWS Certified Developer , or Connect specialty certs ).
  • Experience with AI/ML integrations , chatbots, or Lex.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD practices and DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Terraform).
  • Experience working in regulated industries or with data privacy/security requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
