What you will be doing: Serve as the technical owner for IAM/IGA platforms, ensuring their overall availability, performance, and reliability. Manage end-to-end L2/L3 support, including performing root cause analysis and resolving complex issues such as provisioning events, connector failures, and SSO problems. Design and maintain scalable IAM/IGA architecture, including defining identity lifecycle (JML) flows and provisioning models across systems. Engineer and optimize APIs and connectors, ensuring data integrity and reconciliation between HR systems, Active Directory, Entra ID, ServiceNow, and SaaS applications. Lead the implementation of access request workflows, certification campaigns, Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls, and RBAC/ABAC models. Oversee system health, job execution, platform upgrades, and manage environment configurations across DEV, UAT, and PROD. Identify automation opportunities, standardise IAM processes across applications, and improve audit readiness through reporting and system-driven controls. Act as the organization's go-to technical expert, providing guidance to analysts and engineers while engaging with vendors (e.g., Omada, Microsoft) on enhancements. What our client is looking for: Experience with tools such as  Omada, SailPoint, or Saviynt, specifically focusing on workflows, connector management, certification processes, and data reconciliation. Background in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, including authentication mechanisms, group management, and conditional access policies. Experience utilising tools like Lumos to enhance visibility and automate access management across SaaS environments. Knowledge of the IGA and IAM technical layers, including governance, identity lifecycles, and runtime access enforcement. Demonstrated capability in designing and implementing robust APIs and connectors to facilitate system integration. Experience managing ticketing workflows and automated provisioning flows. Ability to manage identity lifecycles driven by HR system data and processes. Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python, with a focus on job monitoring, debugging, and operational automation.
