What will you do?
This role is responsible for managing and overseeing for the people, processes and technologies delivering Company's Directory & Logical Access Platforms & Services.

- Research and recommend policies and procedures to protect information assets from unauthorized or accidental modification, destruction or disclosure.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technology, emerging threats, and best practices in Directory Services, Privileged Access, Cloud Identity, RBAC and security.
- Responsible for Appointing, developing, and retaining Directory and Logical Access Platforms and Services talent.
- Ensure appropriate standards, patterns, best practices and operational maturity models are in place and monitored.
Mentor team and internal stakeholders. - Oversee Directory and Logical Access Platforms and Services Product Development Lifecycle. Continuously improve and refine processes, procedures and system development life cycle frequently to deliver business value to the business.
- Responsible for implementing and maturing Agile and DevOps tooling and practices for the Directory and Logical Access Platforms and Services environment.

Qualifications and Experience
- Matric
- A relevant IT qualification.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification preferable.
Experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in technology roles.
- 5 years in solution architecture and systems design.
