Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Advisor located in Thohoyandou. The Financial Advisor will be responsible for providing expert financial planning and advisory services to clients. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting financial assessments, developing and managing financial plans, advising on investments, retirement planning, and other related finance matters. The role requires the advisor to keep up-to-date with financial regulations and ensure all advice complies with relevant laws and best practices.

Customer Relationship Development / Prospecting
Develop and implement a relationship management plan for potential customer accounts to identify and build relationships with relevant decisionmakers and influencers within the customer organization and to enable effective twoway flow of information and resolution of issues.
Operational Compliance
Develop knowledge and understanding of the organizations policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure own work adheres to those standards. Obtain authorization from a supervisor or manager for any exceptions from mandatory procedure.
Business Development
Monitor and assess sales and market data for a specific geographic region that will assist management in identifying areas in the market where business can be developed.
