The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering and a proven track record of successful project management.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage process improvement projects, from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines and budget constraints are met.
- Analyze existing manufacturing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality in production processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any process-related issues that may arise.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge in process engineering.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technology advancements to constantly improve manufacturing processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of successful project management and process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in process simulation software and MS Office Suite.
