Reliability Engineer: Lichtenburg
Purpose: Lead reliability improvement by implementing predictive and preventive maintenance. Ensure high equipment reliability, compliance, and timely reporting on plant performance.
Responsibilities- Identify root causes of equipment failures and drive corrective actions
- Support new installations and capital projects
- Perform ongoing reliability analysis; develop improvement plans
- Prepare regular reliability reports
- Plan and schedule engineering work
- Oversee audit compliance and computerized maintenance management
- Develop and manage maintenance budget
- Ensure budget compliance and cost forecasts
- Support team training, motivation, and development

- B.Eng. or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- GCC Certificate (Mining)
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience (2 years in Milling manufacturing, heavy Equipment industry)
