Our client is looking for a Farm Manager for their vegetable and grain production enterprise.

The successful applicant will be required to lead and manage a permanent staff force of over 50 people and run a business with a turnover of circa R75m. The goal is to achieve industry winning results over all operations which include potatoes, irrigated and dryland maize, dry beans, and a complementary beef herd. A commitment to World Class standards is fundamental to the task.

The successful applicant will need the following attributes;

  • A passion for agriculture;
  • A track record of great execution, including at least 10 years’ experience in crop production;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills and organizational capability;
  • The ability to effectively manage people;
  • Fluency in isiZulu;
  • Keen attention to detail.

Job Description
  1. The role of a Credit Champion (CC) is to solicit loan applications through the promotion of the Evolution Finance (EF) offering to customers or prospective customers of a buildware merchant.

  2. The CC facilitates the application process for such customers through the input of application data into EF application systems, including uploading supporting documentation such as payslips and bank statements.

  3. The CC is the primary liaison with EF applicants in terms of application progress, outcomes, and the setup of the merchant accounts for the acquisition of building materials.

  4. The CC has a societal purpose in the form of facilitating finance for the much-needed development of and improvement of housing in South Africa.   • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Toyota vehicles.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and road tests to determine faults and confirm repairs.
  • Use Toyota diagnostic tools (e.g., Techstream) and service information systems.
  • Adhere to Toyota and dealership quality standards, processes, and repair times.
  • Complete job cards and service reports accurately and timely.
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding required repairs and timelines.
  • Follow safety and environmental regulations in the workshop.

  • Valid South African driver’s license (Code B or higher).
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a dealership environment.
  • Knowledge of automotive electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Proficient in fault-finding and diagnostics using electronic tools.
  • Ability to interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
