For our location in COEGA, IDZ , we have an immediate opening for a SHEQ OFFICER . Reporting directly to the Operations Manager , you are an integral part of the related team, responsible for all Health and Safety duties.
ObjectiveCoordinate an overall Occupational Health and Safety program for all employees.
*Preference will be given to employees from the Designated Groups.
Tasks:- Conduct Health and Safety Inspections of the company process and facilities
- Identify EHS training needs for all employees
- Present training programs
- Co-ordinate and participate in incident investigations
- Coordinate annual Fire Safety, evacuation, and Spill Drills
- Planning of management Review meetings for SHE
- Maintain all EHS documentation, procedures, policies and work instructions to ensure that the EHS system meets the Company legislation and other equipment.
- Tertiary Qualification in EHS or equivalent
- ISO 14001 /45001
- IATF
- Optional TISAX
