About you (What you'll be doing)Our health coaching team is expanding and we are on the look out for dietitians to help us serve our patients. You will be joining our growing team of Health Coaches in South Africa and will work directly with our team in Australia to serve our patients.
As you will be supporting our Australian patients alongside our Australian Health Coaches, initially you will be required to work hours allowing crossover with Australian timezones such as starting at 6am local time (with the opportunity for flexibility in the future). As a Dietitian in the team, you will be responsible for helping us shape the clinical guidance and strategy about how to manage diet and nutrition. In short, the role includes:
- Providing 1:1 and group coaching and advice (with a focus on obesity management)
- Directing patient queries and feedback to the relevant internal channel
- Working in a cross functional and multidisciplinary team to triage, respond and escalate communications from patients to relevant teams to minimise patient safety risks
- Surfacing patient insights to the wider business
In this role you will work with our clinical team, patient operations team and growth teams to ensure our patients receive a high quality of support and care. This role requires a high level of empathy, the ability to prioritise simultaneous activities and communications with multiple patients while ensuring high attention to detail, and a patient-centric-oriented approach. Financial Advisor – Health Products SpecialistPlatinum Talent is seeking multiple dedicated Financial Advisors specializing in health products for our client with their head office in Centurion, Gauteng.
In this role, you will acquire, retain, and grow a client base by offering expert financial planning tailored to health-related solutions.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional client experiences across diverse market segments, including middle-income, affluent, professional, and business clients.
Requirements- At least 1 year of experience in the financial services industry.
- Matric or equivalent qualification.
- Compliance with FAIS requirements based on the date of first appointment (DOFA):
- Relevant Class of Business Certificates completed within 1 year of DOFA.
- RE 5 certification completed within 2 years of DOFA.
- FSCA-approved qualification obtained within 6 years of DOFA.
- Initial basic salary
