- Debt Rehabilitation and Debt Counselling/consultation experience/knowledge.
- Debt evaluation and distress detecting abilities.

- Debt Counselling, Debt Administration, Legal process understanding
- National Credit Act (NCA) basic knowledge.
- Credit Industry knowledge.
