About the Role
The Daily Sale Shop is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented
Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator
to join our operations team in Fourways.
You'll be the go-to person at our warehouse — managing incoming stock from suppliers, ensuring accurate packaging and sorting, and preparing shipments headed to Zimbabwe. You'll also play a key role in keeping our internal communication smooth between the warehouse, customer support, and logistics teams.
What You'll Do
- Receive and check incoming deliveries against loading manifests.
- Identify and report any missing, incorrect, or damaged items.
- Sort and package products for transport to Zimbabwe.
- Prepare
loading manifests
and
delivery schedules
for our transport and dispatch teams. - Work closely with customer support to flag any supplier or packaging issues.
- Maintain clear records in Excel and ensure all warehouse data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Communicate with the logistics team to coordinate daily shipments and delivery timelines.
