POSITION INFO:

About the Role:
Freedom Printpak is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Requisition and GRV Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing purchase requisitions, verifying goods received, and ensuring accurate record-keeping to support procurement and inventory processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and track purchase requisitions from various departments.
• Verify and record Goods Received Vouchers (GRVs) accurately.
• Ensure all goods received match the purchase orders and documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments regarding deliveries and discrepancies.

Job Description
- Responsible for all office activities to run efficiently and effectively by providing both clerical and administrative support to personnel and management in the company and specifically to the branch.
- Administration, safekeeping, and reconciliation of petty cash for the Branch Office on a weekly basis.
- Attending to all general administrative functions in respect of the Branch Office.
- Administer the switchboard, receiving and taking telephone calls, passing on any messages, or assisting callers as required.
- Maintaining reception and office areas, keeping these clean and professional at all times.
- Receiving and attending to walk-in customers.
- Ordering and managing stationery for the office and branch staff.
- Liaising with suppliers and service providers regarding office maintenance, upkeep, and related issues.
- Process incoming purchase order requests.
- Maintaining an attendance register for branch-based staff and ensuring that all leave forms and overtime sheets are collected and sent to HR.
- Performing administration and reconciliation schedules and tasks for the finance department as required, including preparing monthly reconciliations of fleet cards and credit card statements.
- Verification and resolution of queries.
- Receiving service-related POs relating to the Branch Office and sending GRVs to the Creditors clerk on a weekly basis.

- Responsible for inventory control and assisting with the application of proper storekeeping management methods.
- Planning and organization of inventory and shelving according to the instructions of the operations manager.
- Preparing the warehouse for stock counts as scheduled, managing stock counts, and ensuring effective management of stock.
- Assisting storeman with control of all incoming and outgoing stocks and all movement of stock in the warehouse.
- Planning and coordinating deliveries and delivery routes for customers and sales orders.
- Ensuring that stock being dispatched to customers is correct according to delivery notes and with necessary paperwork.
- Ensuring that delivery notes (POD) are signed correctly and receiving the branch PODs from the Storesman/Driver daily, sending the PODs to the Debtors clerk on a weekly basis.
- Attending to and following up on items for collection and/or delivery of parcels as requested on an ad hoc basis.
- Preparation of waybills and booking for couriers as requested by sales or stores on an ad hoc basis.
- Reviewing branch stock levels relevant to orders for spares or project sales, processing and filing IBTs for stock required.
- General maintenance of vehicles (i.e., filling fuel tanks, maintaining correct tyre pressure, and keeping vehicles clean and tidy) and liaising with the Transport Coordinator when vehicles are due for service and/or repairs.
Minimum Qualification and Experience Requirements
- Valid code C1 or EB driver’s license WITH OWN TRANSPORT ESSENTIAL
- Educational level: Min Matric Certificate and any other relevant qualification.
- Administration and office support experience.
- Previous warehousing and inventory control experience essential.
- Must be fully bilingual in both Afrikaans and English.

Our client, based in Montague Gardens,and who import, export and distribute seafood products to and from various countries worldwide is looking for an office administrator.
This position is responsible for supporting and assisting with the Cold store day to day
Operations. Your job will be to provide clerical support to our Cold Store Manager,
employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities and functions. To perform
relieve duties to the Admin Operations clerks.
• Daily Headcount of all staff on all shifts
• Manage day to day employee records and all MHE driver licenses (physical and
digital)
• Coordinate weekly timesheets, scan and send to HR
• Service provider management – schedule time of work, check OHS compliance,
book in and ensure assigned to a working area, ensure PO is in place
• Assist with getting service provider quotes
• Create Purchase orders on SAP
• Maintain a filing system for data on all service providers.
• Chep Pallet control and recons
• Order office stationery and supplies
• Assist with updating office policies and SOP’s
• Procuring of Stock from internal and external suppliers
• Cold store liaison between the Logistics Department, HR, Payroll, and other
departments where necessary.
• Documentation control for internal processes, MHE and Local deliveries
• Scan daily local delivery notes against load sheet
• Keeping Maintenance files for all equipment
• Prepare regular reports
Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and prioritise.
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Must be flexible due to work demands.
• Must have own transport.
• Must be willing to work Night Shift when required (17:30 – 02:30)
Experience needed :
At least 3 years in a Cold store or Warehouse or similar environment,
3-5 years administrative experience.
