    About the Role
    You’ll sell, lead, and deliver strategy-based transformation projects end-to-end — from diagnostics and solution design to delivery and closure. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders to align strategy, optimise operations, and drive sustainable growth.

    What You’ll Do

    • Deliver end-to-end strategy-based transformation projects across multiple sectors

    • Conduct deep-dive diagnostics into operations, costs, and organisational effectiveness

    • Develop and present recommendations using data-driven insights and benchmarks

    • Lead business development, proposals, and client relationship management

    • Mentor and develop consultants, building a high-performance culture

    • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure successful delivery

    What You Bring

    • Postgraduate degree in Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or Actuarial Science (MBA/CFA an advantage)

    • 7–10 years’ strategy consulting experience, including sales, delivery, and project closure

    • Proven expertise in cost reduction, digital transformation, operating model redesign, and performance improvement

    • Advanced analytics skills (Excel, Python, etc.)

    • Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation ability

    • High EQ, adaptable, and solutions-focused
