Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for executing all aspects of a diverse, very complex information technology program including multiple large-scale IT projects.
- Program planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality, communication, and cost management.
- Monitor and manage the critical path, contingencies, scope changes, and budget, both labor and non-labor resources.
- Establish, manage, and execute on IT Portfolio in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, as per business demand.
- Incorporate the Business Units (BU) Strategy and Business Plan within the balanced IT Portfolio.
- Coordinate prioritization of the IT portfolio between various stakeholders.
- Track the value contribution and/or Programme objective(s) throughout the value tracking lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate IT Programme(s) and IT Portfolio risks and issues.
- Monitor and manage delivery of the Programmes and IT Portfolio.
- Communicate weekly and monthly progress/status feedback to stakeholders.
- Manage seamless transition of IT Projects and/or Programmes into operations.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to create an integrated financial report including budget, forecasting, and expenses.
- Direct the delivery of Programmes through active sponsorship, leadership, and involvement in specific initiatives to ensure they meet the time, cost, and quality requirements.
- Conduct Programme evaluations.
- Prioritize and approve projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and confirm resulting business unit decisions.
- Consult with relevant stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment of a portfolio of projects with multiple business units' strategy and objectives.
- Lead efforts around work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of business perspective work plans for complex projects.
- Demonstrate competency in coordinating all aspects of a large, complex project involving multiple IT disciplines.
- Create strategies for various risks identified through Project Managers, including disaster remedies.
- Create continuity Programmes for project management office.
- Oversee the employee management process for front line managers (e.g., staffing decisions, coaching, development, evaluation).
- Direct teams through visible transformational leadership.
- Track systems and business recovery compliance audit projects.
- Design contingencies for damage to computer hardware, vital records, etc.
- Provide technical expertise to project managers to support customers on recovery requirements for new technology solutions.
- Provide guidance on project risk mitigation.
- Drive business development in respect of existing/new businesses, mergers/acquisitions, and divestitures.
- Assess the performance of existing plans and IT systems in terms of contribution to business objectives, functionality, stability, and value.
- Adhere to all corporate governance, processes, procedures, statutory, legal, and other requirements.
- Support the organizational culture and live the ARM values.
Minimum Requirements:
- Project Management Professional or alternative project management certifications.
- In-depth knowledge of IT project delivery and methodology as well as IT infrastructure.

Main purpose

Job Overview
Club Med is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Travel Sales Agent to join our vibrant call centre team located in Johannesburg. Although this position is based in South Africa, you will be responsible for assisting travel agents from the UK, Ireland, and Scandinavian markets, with shift patterns organized to support these markets.
As a Travel Sales Agent (Indirect) at Club Med, you will be the first point of contact for travel agents, delivering expert advice, customized travel solutions, and seamless booking experiences. This role combines sales prowess with high-level customer service, requiring an in-depth understanding of our travel agents and their end customers' needs and preferences. Whether seeking a beach escape, a luxurious ski resort, or a family adventure, you will play a crucial role in realizing their requests. Key Responsibilities
1. Promoting Club Med packages : Promote Club Med packages and offers to travel agents using various communication channels, including phone, email, WhatsApp, and more.
2. Inbound and Outbound C ontact s : Handle inbound calls and written communication from travel agents who are interested in Club Med holidays, addressing their questions, concerns and special requests. Make outbound calls to follow up on enquiries, promote special offers , support modification and strengthen relationship with travel agents.
3. Providing information : Be knowledgeable in all aspects of Club Med Terms & Conditions and Club Med resorts, including destinations, accommodation , activities, transport and pricing, to provide accurate information to travel agents and address their queries .
4 . Making Sales : Convert inquiries into sales by effectively communicating the value proposition of Club Med and persuading travel agents to make bookings while encouraging and accompanying them in using their dedicated online platform “Club Med Travel Agent” portal.
5 . Meeting Sales Targets : Aim to achieve or exceeding sales targets through effective sales techniques and relationship management.
6. Process Bookings : Assist travel agents with the booking process, ensuring all necessary information is collected accurately, internal sales tools are used correctly, processes followed and payments are processed efficiently.
7 . Upselling : Upsell additional services or amenities to travel agents, such as spa treatments, excursions, or room upgrades, to enhance customers’ holiday experience and increase revenue.
