Purpose of the Position- The purpose of this role is to design user-centred interaction solutions that address both user needs and business objectives. This involves creating interaction models that improve usability, accessibility, and overall enjoyment, ensuring that digital applications function as intended. It also includes developing near-real functional prototypes to explore and validate interactions, and continuously testing, measuring, and refining digital products to elevate the user experience.
- Research market, users, and competitors, conduct analysis, collaborate with key stakeholders and run workshops to understand challenges.
- Base interaction solutions on data/evidence, catering for business and user need.
- Conduct heuristic evaluations on Streaming Tech interfaces to:
- Find interaction problems in the user interface (UI) design.
- Identify areas for interaction improvement.

The Role: UX/UI Designer
As the UX/UI Designer, you'll own the full design process, ensuring intuitive, customer-centric product experiences across a growing portfolio. Your role will focus on understanding user needs, shaping user journeys, and delivering impactful designs that bridge the gap between vision and implementation. This is a chance to directly influence how cutting-edge sports technology is used by professionals around the globe.
Key Responsibilities
Lead UX/UI activities across the product roadmap, from research through delivery
Investigate and analyse initiatives to understand stakeholder and user needs
Create low- and high-fidelity designs, iterating through feedback and testing
Provide detailed input and collaboration with engineering teams during build phases
Propose and champion new initiatives to enhance user workflows and journeys
Develop and maintain a consistent design system for scalability and usability
About You
5+ years experience in UX/UI design, preferably in complex product environments
Degree in design, computer science, or a related field
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, InVision, AdobeXD)
Skilled in UX analysis, experimentation, and user analytics tools
Experience with both hardware and software product design
Strong visual design skills with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Advantage: background in sports technology or related industries
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Creative, proactive, and collaborative, with a passion for sports and innovation
