Main Functions:

-Help grow CTSP

-Content and Marketing

-Assist and coordinate events

-Online responses

-Driving new course content

Job includes Reception area, switchboard & administrative duties with the ability to work flexible hours. Daily inter-action with part-time and full-time students and assisting lecturers.

Minium requirements:

  • Matric
  •  with suitable admin skills diploma/degree.
  • Very good working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Good interpersonal skills & time management.
  • Good English writing and verbal ability.

  • Good English communicator – verbal & written.
  • MS Office & Outlook, Basic Maths
