Rol
Para nuestra familia comercial, quienes desarrollan nuestros puntos de venta, ayudan a posicionar nuestros productos estrella dentro de la percha, desarrollan nuestros canales y quienes generan sonrisas en cada cliente, buscamos personas con fuertes habilidades analíticas, que quieran apoyar el desarrollo de un negocio en constante crecimiento. Creamos estrategias para llegar a supermercados, tiendas de barrio, minimercados y mayoristas para que prefieran nuestras marcas. Tus principales retos serán:
1. Desarrollar clientes y entender las tendencias del mercado.
2. Hacer parte del proceso de análisis de precios.
3. Automatización en procesos de gestión comercial
4. Idear estrategias para la atención a los canales de ventas.
5. Análisis y seguimiento de KPI's de ventas, lanzamientos e innovaciones.
El reto es grande pero el aprendizaje superará tus límites.
Requisitos
- Estar cursando una carrera universitaria, preferiblemente en tus últimos semestres
- Tener disponibilidad para hacer pasantías durante 6 meses.
- Tener disponibilidad para realizar pasantías de 6 horas diarias, preferiblemente dentro de los horarios diurnos de 8h00 a 15h00

What You’ll Do
Role
You’ll support a Brand Manager on the day-to-day execution of a fast-growing brand. This role touches operations, marketing, and customer experience. Your work may include:
Operations & Inventory
- Track inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and 3PLs
- Maintain daily and weekly reports on sales, performance, and forecasts Project Management
- Assist with task management and internal team coordination
- Help plan product launches, campaigns, and marketing initiatives
- Coordinate influencer partnerships and brand collaborations
- Draft social media posts, email content, or creative briefs
- Help QA landing pages, ads, and website updates
- Respond to support tickets and help improve customer satisfaction
- Monitor feedback and flag issues in the product or fulfillment
- 2 years of experience in marketing, branding, or related roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication - you communicate clearly and proactively, especially in writing.
- Attention to detail - You double-check your work and notice the little things that others might miss.
- Highly organized and proactive - you love checklists, systems, and keeping projects on track.
- E-commerce experience is a plus - especially if you’ve worked with Shopify, Amazon, or consumer brands.
- Nice-to-have tool experience - Familiarity with Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, CRMs, Canva, or Figma is helpful, but not required.

We are looking for ECommerce Intern like you to gain more practical experience in the field of beauty and brand management.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
As our ECommerce Intern, you are responsible forproviding support to the ECommerce team for the fragrance brands of Coty.
Your main focus:
+ Following the content calendar with the CM according to key messages & products launches
+ Collaborate with marketing and design agency teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout
+ Feeding the Artistic direction & brand storytelling by proposing new concepts & formats respecting brand and retailer guidelines
+ Develops creative for storefront, product page, and other areas of site areas for all .com retail sites - Banners, GIFs, etc.
+ Set up and ongoing maintenance of product pages and Brand Stores
+ Increase SEO value of PDPs (titles, descriptions, attributes) via keyword enhancements and brand insights
+ Writing, editing and proofreading content prior to sharing with the retailers
+ Manage content across different retailer platforms, including temporary visibility and e-mailers.
+ Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic
+ Ensure all data and work is legally compliant (e.g. copyright protection) and approved by Brand licenses.
+ Assist in the implementation of global content management systems tools (DAM, PIMM).
+ Comprehension of and familiarity with social media.
