What will you be doing?Marketing within our Brand teams is about engaging empathetically with consumers, making sense of data and designing and driving campaigns to build demand, brand equity and business. You would embark on experiences in core Marketing areas which varies and includes the following:
- Brand building and brand development
- Be a part of creating compelling visions for our brands and developing future-fit plans across the full marketing mix
- Manage multiple challenging projects that may involve working with external creative agencies
- Overseeing networks for new product launches with supply chain team and alignment with Category team on launches
- Attract top-tier graduates who aspire to have global careers
- Accelerate the development of this top talent through personal development journey, job rotations inclusive of sales/go-to-market, & international exposure to maximise their potential
- Hands-on experiences in business challenges
- Duration: 2-3 year program
- Programme Intake: July 2026
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
- Graduates with no formal work experience beyond 24 months upon graduation
- Driven and Energetic
- Willing to travel - geographic mobility.
