  • Design with purpose: Craft thoughtful, user-friendly experiences across our web and mobile apps, ensuring both form and function are considered.
  • Build and evolve our design system: You’ll play a key role in creating a scalable design foundation that supports our growing product and team.
  • Collaborate across disciplines: Work closely with engineering, marketing, product, and leadership to solve complex problems and bring features to life.
  • Champion consistency: Help bring a cohesive visual language to our platforms and documentation, aligning design decisions with brand and usability goals.
  • Master your tools: Use Figma to its full potential and help establish best practices for the team. You don’t have to be an expert yet – but you should be eager to become one.
  • At least 2 years of experience in product, UI, or UX design.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design thinking, systems thinking, and craft across multiple digital products.
  • Experience or a strong interest in building and maintaining design systems .
  • A passion for creating scalable and reusable design solutions that benefit both users and teams.
  • Comfortable communicating and collaborating with a wide range of people – from developers to directors.
  • Curiosity and empathy for users, with a desire to validate your work through user research and testing .
  • Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools), with a desire to go deep into the tool and continuously level up.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setup with at least two in-office days per week.

  • Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
