Overview of responsibilities:

Your Profile:
You have excellent language skills in professional French and English, in written and spoken (C2 according to The Common European Framework)
Ability to speak an additional language such as German or Italian is an advantage
- Have completed tertiary qualification or equivalent training, ideally in the field of tourism
- Have several years of professional experience in the travel industry, a tour operator or in a travel agency
- Have GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus)
- Have excellent destination knowledge across key global regions
- Have a strong passion for everything related to travel and the luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events and culture
- Are service-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure

- Responsible for assisting and advising agents and customers with the purchasing of our travel & tour products.

- Build and maintain efficient and professional relationships with all existing agents, new agents, clients and staff.
- Liaise with operations department with regards to tour popularity, viability & occupancy levels as well as activity & accommodation bookings and vehicle and guide availability.
- Assist, on a rotational basis, with after-hours operational phone and e-mail enquiries.
- Ensure the best possible customer service standards including telephone, email & digital communication etiquette when dealing with clients and agents.
- Assist in marketing related activities.
- Assist with the finance team with financial activities such as checking invoices and payments etc.
- Assist in identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competitor status.
