Luxury travel company is urgently looking for an experienced Travel consultant.
The Role- Curation of high quality, tailor-made itineraries in a luxury space
- Conversion of warm sales leads via email, telephone and video calls
- High quality presentation of customised travel itineraries with a keen eye for detail
- Delivery of gold standard client service at all stages of the client journey
- Proactive expansion of product knowledge keeping aware of industry developments to ensure expertise across our specialist product portfolio
- Foster good working relationships with colleagues and trade partners; and exhibit a strong team ethic
- Client centric approach to work
- Results oriented
- Passionate about travel
- Excellent communicator; written, verbal and face to face (video calls)
- Organised with ability to manage client portfolio
- Collaborative and a team player
ESSENTIAL:
- 3 years’ plus Travel Consultant experience in a tailor-made travel environment working with complex itineraries
- First-hand knowledge of our core destinations, specifically within Sub-Saharan Africa
- Hitting monthly sales targets whilst nurturing client relationships
- Excellent Administrative skills with advanced levels of IT literacy
- Highly-organised with strong time management skills
