Key Responsibilities
- Working with and supporting a team of experienced and specialist traffic and transport engineers
- Technical management of transport engineering projects, which range from small traffic impact assessments through major public transport planning, implementation and operational management projects running over many years
- Participation in the administration of projects in line with company requirements
- Lead or assist with compiling tenders for any Transport Planning/Traffic Engineering related opportunities
- Plan all types of field surveys, engaging with surveying team, and analysis of results

Duties & ResponsibilitiesYou will:
- Provide support and involved with all marketing, business development and management of this specific area of Bridges and Transportation Structures for the business unit.
- Manage Engineers, Technologists, Technicians and site staff throughout the Planning, Design, Tender, Implementation and Close Out stages of various Bridges and Transportation Structures projects.
- Responsible for all technical aspects, for Bridges and Transportation Structures, including investigation and design, field assessments, preparation of tender documentation and cost estimates.
- Preparation of technical reports and design reports.
- Keeping abreast with technology development and research in the field of Bridges and Transportation Structures.
- Construction monitoring and implementation of site construction work as and when required, on a part-time or full-time basis.
- Mentor graduate engineers, technologists and technicians.
