Wat ga je doen?

Als Planner bij REMONDIS in Ermelo zorg je er samen met vijf collega’s voor dat de planning voor zo’n 55 chauffeurs vlekkeloos verloopt. De afval- en recyclingbranche is continu in beweging en dat vraagt om scherpe keuzes en snelle schakels. Jij stemt dagelijks af met de chauffeurs, verkoopafdeling, klantenservice en andere interne afdelingen.

Je maakt een efficiënte rittenplanning waarbij je rekening houdt met service, kosten en wet- en regelgeving. Ook stuur je chauffeurs aan, handel je klantverzoeken af en verwerk je ritten administratief. Je ziet knelpunten én verbeterkansen en komt zelf met verbetervoorstellen.

De sfeer in Ermelo is open en familiair. Korte lijnen, een praatje met de chauffeurs, en samenwerken aan een goede dagplanning – dát is werken bij REMONDIS. Deze functie komt vrij doordat collega Bram intern doorgroeit naar een andere vestiging.
