This role is to act as a brand ambassador of the firm, providing advisory, training, and market insights through the latest daily news, technical analysis updates, and data interpretation skills.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesAccountabilities
- Shoot promotional videos for the brand, host webinars and seminars.
- Provide TV, Radio, and Media appearances as required and requested.
- Work closely with related departments and provide day-to-day market analysis reports.
- Demonstrate perspicacity in financial market concepts like Technical Analysis, Fundamental Analysis, Stock Picking, etc.
- Manage research & prepare daily market reports to provide ongoing market updates and in-depth expert analysis.
- Gather data, write detailed reports on findings, identify new markets, and advise upper management on tactics.
- Work with vast amounts of written and numerical information about market trends.
- Write, rewrite, research, and produce content about trading in financial markets for infographics, videos, educational sites, and social media.
- Keep investors and traders informed of all market updates and provide educational materials and training.
- Assist with training, including new hire training.
- Project manage the creation of a mobile app version of the news site.
- Write trading guides, market outlooks, eBooks, and content for SEO to generate new business and support current clients.
- Provide special trading alerts and signals to clients.
- Organize educational events in offices and other spaces arranged by the company.
- Attend expos on behalf of the company.
- Provide written quotes to the press such as Reuters and Bloomberg to enhance the brand.
- Participate in media appearances, including TV outlets like CNBC and online platforms, and produce videos in the company TV studio.
- Use social media tools like Zoom, Teams, and Skype for coaching new clients to trade confidently with higher equity.
- Perform any other duties related to market research as the business evolves.
Experience & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- 7-10 years of experience in analysis or the financial industry.
- Passion for financial markets, with logical thinking and a continuous learning attitude.
- Broad knowledge of Technical and Fundamental Analysis in Financial Markets.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of investment products (e.g., US Shares, EU Shares, FX, Commodities, local stock markets) preferred.
- Knowledge of Meta Trader Platforms is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
