Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with prospective customers via showroom floor, online leads, telephonic inquiries, and referrals.
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and value-added products (warranties, service plans, finance options).

Requirements
REQURIEMENTS:
- Grade 12 (essential).
- Computer literacy (MS Office, Dealer Management Systems, online lead platforms).
- Product knowledge of Toyota vehicles and competitors' models.
- Previous experience as a sales executive in a dealership environment (used vehicles preferred).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership & Team Management

- Ensure accurate and timely vehicle display, pricing, and marketing.
Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain high levels of customer retention and loyalty.
Reporting & Compliance
- Provide detailed sales reports, forecasts, and KPI tracking to dealership management.
- Ensure compliance with all Toyota SA policies, POPIA, FAIS, and F&I regulations.
- Work closely with the F&I department to ensure ethical and compliant finance deal structures.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12 (Matric) – essential
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or related field – advantageous
- Valid South African driver’s license
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in vehicle sales management (preferably in a franchised dealership)
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams
- Experience with both new and used vehicle operations
- Knowledge of Toyota product range and systems – advantageous
