Job Responsibilities:

A leading engineering services provider is seeking a skilled Technician Supervisor to join its dynamic team based in Cape Town. This role will oversee and manage all engineering operations and projects across the Western and Eastern Cape regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the effective operation of the Engineering Services Department (maintenance and projects) in alignment with company standards and legal compliance.
Supervise and implement a comprehensive maintenance program ensuring maximum efficiency and minimal downtime.
Oversee major equipment refurbishment projects to optimise existing assets and reduce operating costs.
Coordinate training and upskilling of team members and contractors.
Lead and manage multiple project workstreams simultaneously.
Ensure high-quality workmanship for all on-site installations and maintenance by contractors and internal teams.
Oversee SHERQ (Safety, Health, Environment, Risk, and Quality) compliance across the region.

Minimum Requirements:
