We're on the lookout for a People & Performance Advisor to join our crew. This role is all about partnering with leaders and supporting our people with expert HR advice, ensuring best practice across the employee lifecycle.
In this role, you'll be partnering with leaders to provide timely and practical HR advice while supporting all things people, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance, and culture initiatives. You'll guide on employee relations, disciplinary processes, and change management, as well as help deliver our People & Performance calendar projects and people strategy. A key part of the role is developing and maintaining policies, reports, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation, all while driving continuous improvement to create a workplace where people thrive.
What we're looking for
- A tertiary qualification (or equivalent HR experience)
- Solid HR generalist knowledge with confidence across the employee lifecycle
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with high integrity
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence in facilitating training and inductions
- A good understanding of employment legislation and ER practices (or a willingness to grow in this space)
