What you’ll do :
  1. Manage and communicate HR activities in a creative, pro-active, and enthusiastic manner;
  2. Implement and support HR strategies to ensure business goals are achieved;
  3. Review processes and practices to ensure the HR service is smart, effective, and efficient;
  4. Implement and manage performance, disciplinary, succession, recruitment, and remuneration activities;
  5. Inform and implement the learning and development strategy;
  6. Facilitate employee relations issues, including engagement efforts;
  7. Promote and ensure compliance with employment equity, and support the division’s EE Forum;

  10. Support team projects and lead key initiatives as needed;

  13. Offer coaching support and guidance to management and staff.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Material Planning and Transportation.
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics operations.
  • Proficient knowledge and experience in JIX concepts and systems.
  • Proficient knowledge and experience in SAP, MM module, SRM, PS-BOM HUB.
  • Experience in new model run in/out.
  • Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
