About the Role
As Executive Assistant to the Director, you will provide comprehensive support across executive administration, personal assistance, and healthcare operations coordination. You will work closely with the Director to manage schedules, communications, travel, and day-to-day priorities while also supporting the administration of the UK healthcare practice.

Key Responsibilities
Executive & Personal Assistant Support
- Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate schedules and ensure priorities are managed effectively
- Handle confidential correspondence and administrative tasks
- Assist with personal errands and ad hoc personal assistant responsibilities
- Coordinate school collections and family-related logistics when required
- Act as a trusted support partner across both business and personal matters
- Prepare documents, reports, and meeting materials as required
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up actions
Business & Operational Administration
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for the UK branch
- Manage administrative processes and maintain accurate records
- Respond professionally to client and patient enquiries via phone and email
- Support operational administration and day-to-day business activities
- Ensure documentation is maintained accurately and in line with company processes
- Assist with workflow coordination and operational efficiencies
- Support general office administration and reporting requirements

+ Improves sales performance by driving and implementing the continuous improvement of processes, technology and methodologies to meet deliverables.
