Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering (Masters would be advantageous).
- Proven experience in wind technology, wind farm development, or a related field, with a minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience.
- Knowledge of grid compliance and the grid code of South Africa.
- GMR 2.1.
- In-depth knowledge of wind energy technology, wind turbine systems, and relevant regulations and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Review and implement plant maintenance programs.
- Continuously analyze and optimize the performance of existing wind technologies. Implement data-driven approaches to enhance efficiency, output, and reliability of wind turbines and related systems.
- Review plant needs, failure analysis, emergency action plans, define plant improvements and encourage plant people to be innovative on their duties.

Requisiti richiesti:
