The Technology Procurement team manage circa $1.5B of spend annually and focus on requirements from the Technology teams. This is a superb opportunity to support EY Technology (EYT) at the forefront of developing, managing, and implementing technology solutions that span the full process life cycle – integral in identifying organizational needs across various regions and service lines, shaping strategic direction and architectural frameworks, and ensuring the successful delivery and management of operational services.

The Client Technology Sourcing team supports key programs and solutions globally in partnership with our Client Technology and Service Line colleagues, continuing to enhance EY's position as a technology driven industry leader. You may support these technology procurement requirements within this role.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Be a senior individual contributor on a Technology Procurement team aligned to one or more service lines, as well as client serving business units.
- May develop category strategies for assigned categories and areas.
- Stakeholder and supplier relationship management.
- Manage full lifecycle of contracts for assigned programs of work and key suppliers
- Proactively manage contract negotiations for assigned projects.
- Build and foster collaborative working relationships with EYT and other internal business partners.
- Supporting and leading stakeholders through the Onboarding of Technology Goods and Services end-to-end process.
- Socialization and facilitation of the Procurement policy and processes, ensuring that the project teams and stakeholders understand the value of the policy and adhere to it accordingly.
- Timely and frequent submission of management information, including project status and savings reporting.
- Supporting Supply Chain Services' overall global strategies.
- Facilitation of any needed market research to identify potential suppliers, ensure competitive pricing and terms, etc.
Skills And Attributes For Success
- 7 - 10 years of experience sourcing technology goods and services. Combination of work and experience may be considered.
- Experience in a leadership position a plus.
- Business Degree or equivalent a plus.
- CPM, CIPS or similar Procurement certification is welcomed, but not essential.
- Good knowledge of IT suppliers and emerging technologies.
- Experience working in an IT role as part of delivering technology solutions is a plus.
Ideally, you'll also have
- Experience with senior stakeholder engagement, and the ability to collaboratively co-develop strategies and set and manage expectations.
- Comprehensive experience with negotiating contracts related to software licensing & rationalization, cloud-based solutions and professional services.

Minimum Requirements:
- B Eng or BSc (Eng) in Civil engineering, Mechanical engineering, or Chemical engineering.
- A master's degree in water and/or wastewater treatment or other post-graduate qualification in a similar field.
- Registration with ECSA (or equivalent) as a Professional Engineer.
- 12 or more years of experience in water and wastewater treatment engineering projects. The successful candidate will be appointed to a position and role commensurate with his or her experience.
- Willingness to work in a team with the expectation that you will learn as well as share your knowledge with and mentor others.
- Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- A valid Code EB driving license (or higher).

The Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Services Director to lead the implementation of technical services across all Tiko markets. In this role, you will oversee the implementation of Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV) and Mental Health services, while also managing the clinical Quality Assurance department to ensure high standards across all areas. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop a strategic plan for the department, focusing on integrating technical services into operations
- Oversee the implementation of technical services across all Tiko markets, ensuring consistency and quality
- Contribute to standardization of the user journey for each technical service across our markets
- Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with governments, implementing partners, and funders for new offers
- Ensure alignment with national guidelines for technical services in each market
- Build internal capacity to adhere to new standards across all offers and markets
- Document learnings around the implementation of new offers to enhance future efforts
- Ensure the achievement of deliverables for technical services in all markets

3. ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications and Experience
· Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field (postgraduate preferred).
· Prince2 certification and PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
· to 6 years of experience in technology leadership and systems architecture.
· Proven ability to code and automate workflows (e.g. SQL, Python, JavaScript, R)
· Proven experience building dashboards (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio), and drive system integrations.
· Demonstrated ability to drive systems integration and lead cross-functional projects.
Coding/scripting or low-code platform experience is desirable.
· Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and communicate technical matters to non-technical stakeholders.
· Exposure to the social investment / philanthropic sector and use of technology for good.
Minimum Skills:
· Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
· Deep understanding of modern technology infrastructure, cloud computing, data management and cyber security.
