Position Overview: The company isseeking a highly skilled Injection Moulding Supervisor / Technical Supervisor to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in advanced settings for large mould injection moulding machines and the ability to manage a team of Setters effectively. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain comprehensive administrative records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advanced Setting: Perform advanced setting of large mould injection moulding machines to ensure optimal production efficiency and quality.
  • Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of Setters, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to production standards.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize basic electrical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to moulds and machines.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and address problems and faults in moulds and machines, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Technical Drawings: Read and interpret technical drawings related to moulds and machines to ensure accurate setting and maintenance.
