Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new opportunities in the tungsten carbide cutting & holding tools industry to expand customer base. Provide tooling solutions and expert guidance from basic tooling to advanced CNC programming and turnkey projects, increasing customer efficiency and reducing manufacturing costs.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide customized tooling solutions.
- Account Growth: Grow business within existing accounts and convert new leads into active customers.

- Computer literacy is essential, with at least basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel, required to track sales, conduct research, and perform related tasks digitally.
