Job Purpose:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead change management projects within the UJ Human Capital Managementdivision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the change management planning, execution, and delivery of projects ensuring effective management of risks and resistance.
  • Be a part of the team to develop, implement and project manage change management strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executives, managers, employees, and unions to ensure alignment and support of projects in the UJ Human Capital Managementdivision.
