We are seeking a Lead Technical Consultant / Senior IT Engineer specializing in Infrastructure and Product Implementation. This role involves client-facing projects and BAU, including 4th line support, with technologies such as Windows Server 2019+, O365/Azure, SCCM/SCOM, PowerShell, and Cloud/AWS/Azure. The position is based in Warrington, offering an office-based working environment.

As a Lead Technical Consultant, you will bring your expertise in Infrastructure and Product Implementation to lead and mentor a team of Technical Consultants. You will serve as the technical escalation point and report to the Head of Service Delivery.

Key skills required include: Windows Server 2016/2022, O365/M365, Active Directory, Azure/AWS, SCCM/SCOM, PowerShell, SharePoint, and virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
