The Role: Delivery Consultant / Resourcer
We're seeking a Delivery Consultant to focus on the candidate side of the recruitment process. You'll be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and qualifying high-quality tech professionals across a variety of roles. Key Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for an experienced, full-time Talent Acquisition Partner to identify, engage with and hire A-player talent for HyperionDev as we scale our team.
As the Talent Acquisition Partner you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle which includes assisting in developing and reviewing the hiring toolkit (job spec, outcomes, assessment) for each role, proactively identifying and sourcing prospects, screening and evaluating candidates, and managing the job offer process with selected candidates.
