About the Role
As a
US Tax Admin Assistant
, you will play a key role in supporting our U.S. tax team by managing client communication, organizing documentation, and assisting with various tax-related workflows. You'll work with cloud-based tools to streamline operations and ensure an exceptional client experience throughout tax season and beyond.

What Your Day to Day Will Look Like
- Prepare and send client
engagement letters - Manage
client document intake
and respond to
information requests - Communicate with clients and help
schedule meetings
during tax season - Assist tax preparers by gathering additional info or setting up calls as needed
- Ensure timely and accurate
delivery of tax returns
to clients - Process and manage
client billing - Use tools like Karbon, Ignition, and Calendly to manage workflows and scheduling

ad hoc administrative tasks

What You Need to Succeed
- At least 2 years of experience in
U.S. Income tax administration
or supporting U.S.-based clients - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Direct client-facing experience, with proven ability to build strong professional relationships
- Proficiency with cloud-based tools (e.g.
Karbon, Microsoft Office, Slack, Loom, Ignition, Calendly
) - With experience in client facing
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Comfortable working
independently
and with a remote team - Available to work a
full-time schedule from 2 PM – 11 PM SAST
