About The Role/Team
At Capitec, our Systems Analysts are instrumental in bridging the gap between business and technology. You'll be part of a collaborative, cross-functional team that supports multiple areas of the bank - with a specific focus in this role on the insurance business unit. This team plays a vital role in enabling accurate data flows, enhancing financial sub-ledgers, and supporting operational and regulatory reporting.

This role focuses on understanding insurance-related data, gathering business and technical requirements, and working closely with the data engineering team to translate these into actionable solutions. What We Are Looking For

Preferred Qualifications And Experience Include

• 3–5 years of experience in a Systems Analyst role.
• Prior experience working in or supporting the insurance industry (essential).
