Role Responsibilities- Implement and, where applicable, certify Zutari’s ISO 9001-based Quality Management System, including sub-systems for major projects, construction procurement, and construction monitoring.
- Implement and certify Zutari’s ISO 19650-based BIM Management System in collaboration with relevant BIM staff.
- Implement and certify Zutari’s ISO 27001-based Information Security Management System with relevant IS staff.
- Implement and certify Zutari’s ISO 14001-based Environmental Management System.
- Act as management system auditor for the above standards. Audits may be remote or in person.
- Complete tasks assigned in Planner, as part of the QES Business Plan, or logged in the performance goal system.
- Compile Zutari’s carbon footprint, annual GRI Sustainability Report, and UN Global Compact Communication on Progress, by exception.
- Qualification and/or proven track record in ISO 9001 (Quality).
- Qualification and/or proven track record in ISO 19650 (Building and Infrastructure Modelling).
- Desirable: Qualification and/or proven track record in ISO 14001 (Environment).
- Desirable: Qualification and/or proven track record in ISO 27001 (Information Security).
- Desirable: Qualification and/or proven track record in ISO 45001 (Health & Safety).
- Desirable: Qualification or familiarity with project management / PMBOK.
- High digital literacy (see below: Computer Competency Requirements).
- Qualification or proven track record in carbon footprint calculations and GRI Reporting Standards (by exception).
- Familiarity with documentation management systems like ProjectWise, Aconex.
- Familiarity with software like BIM360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Navisworks.
- Strong Excel skills, including macros, slicers, pivots, lookups, linking to multiple data sources; basic VB coding and Power BI are advantageous.
- Experience with SharePoint, including creation of lists and views.
- Proficiency with MS Planner, MS Teams, MS Forms.
- Desirable: Strong PowerPoint skills; experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with different stakeholders at the various operations to have a good understanding of the operational technologies for sustainability and capital projects.
- Engage with the manager, Business Process Custodian (BPC), and Regional Process Owners (RPOs) on continuous business improvement opportunities.
- Focus on Continuous improvement rather than day-to-day incidents.
- Analyse business requirements, interpret and capture them in a business requirements document (BRD).
- Assist in the functional preparation of Business Process Procedures and Documents, Test Scenarios, End-user documentation, and User manuals.
- Effective management of Incidents/Requests/Changes/Problems and Config requirements.
- Identify gaps in current global/local business processes and ensure optimization.
- Participate in regional governance structures.
- Review quality assurance activities for the functional area, i.e., regression testing, testing of change requests, and bug fixes.
- Work with the Business Lead to manage requirements from third-party non-SAP suppliers, i.e., interfaces to the application.
- Work with the Global Access and GRC team to ensure process optimization, regional “fit,” and compliance with statutory requirements, legislative regulations, policies, work standards, and governance requirements.
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
- Compliance with all processes for all incidents, requests, and changes (e.g., Manage Requirements, Critical Incident process, etc.).
- Ensure all global and regional vendors deliver against all agreed SLAs.
- Ensure compliance with all IM and policies and report on all matters pertaining to non-compliance.
- Ensure compliance with SOX, King IV, and all other relevant governance requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with IM PMO processes (e.g., gate reviews, etc.).
- Maintain good inter-departmental relationships.
- Participate in Monthly Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Project Review Meetings.
- Staff development via formal training where required.
- Strategic roadmap agreed with requested initiatives delivered against expectation.
- Timeous completion of ad hoc requests.

14. Assist in evaluating workplace environments, equipment, and practices for the purpose of driving compliance and risk reduction.
15. Review Environmental incidents and non-conformances, identify trends and support in the development and communication of proactive initiatives.
16. Verify that the in-country Operations have identified and documented its environmental aspects and impacts (i.e. Environment Impact Register).
17. Verify that the in-country Operations have developed Environmental Management Plans and Programs to address signficant risks.
18. Conduct peroidic review of the action management system and support in-country teams to meet timeines for close-out of actions.
19. Lead or manage others undertaking ISO 14001 audits across in-country Operations.

+ Responsible for generating Borelogs through multiple platforms like gINT, open source, or EQuIS.

+ Provide technical support to field sampling teams and act as a liaison between the project staff, analytical laboratory, data validator, and GIS analysts.

**Qualifications**
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's/master's degree in environmental engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline plus tem (10) years of relevant experience in environmental data management or consulting, with hands-on experience in EQuIS, LOCUS EIM, ESDAT, or similar databases or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
+ Expertise and experience with environmental data and database systems (MS SQL Server, MS Access). Expertise with relational databases such as EarthSoft's Environmental Quality Information System (EQuIS) /EIM/ ESdat. Ability to continually analyze data at all stages for problems, logic, and consistency concerning field data collection, analytical reporting, and other expertise on EQUIS sub-tools (Collect, Edge, ArcGIS, highly desirable but not essential).
+ Assist with projects globally and task delivery with high quality and within deadlines. Managing data (geological, Field data, chemical laboratory data) for technical report writing and interpretation as required by the team. Maintaining and updating various project dashboards using the web-based EQuIS Enterprise system; and preparing report-ready data tables, charts, and figures for internal review and external client reports.
+ Project management duties include coordinating field events. Using the sample registry and Sample Planning module, create EDDs and load to EQuIS to track event closure.
+ Proficient in EQuIS Collect Module, create and deploy different categories of forms and train field personnel on the same.
+ Expert level understanding of Office 365, Excel, Power Query & Power Automate.
+ Should be good in Documentation, including Data Management SOPs, Process Maps, Work instructions, Activity Analysis, and Task effort estimation
+ Use of visualization tools like Power BI to help management make effective decisions for the environmental domain is desirable but not essential
+ Knowledge of digital tools like Power BI, R Studio, KNIME Analytics, SQL, and Python is a plus but not mandatory.
+ Strong organizational skills, with experience prioritizing, time management, and managing multiple tasks.
+ Effective communication skills to interact with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
+ Expertise in applying Six-Sigma techniques/analysis to the environmental data management process.
+ Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, judgment, and problem-solving capabilities.
