Job Summary:
- Coordinate and review depot stock counts, investigate variances, and distribute reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage the write-off process by ensuring compliance with business requirements and submitting reports for Supply Chain Manager approval.
- Capture all required information accurately on SAP for final sign-off.
- Verify Proof of Deliveries (PODs) to ensure they are stamped, signed, and compliant with requirements; resolve discrepancies and upload final PODs to the global network.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock age reports, write-off records, and POD documentation in line with filing and storage requirements.
- Compile bi-weekly stock age reports in collaboration with depots to ensure accuracy and highlight risks related to shelf life and expiry.
- Import shelf-life data to identify at-risk stock, block expired stock, and take preventative action to minimise write-offs.
- Investigate reasons for credit notes, compile reports, and engage with stakeholders to prevent recurrence.
- Drive innovation and process improvement by implementing at least one improvement initiative per month.
- Take initiative and accountability for own development and performance.
- Provide back-up support for Junior Supply Planning functions when required.
