- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make strategic decisions based on data analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, and supply chain management software
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g. APICS, CSCP) is a plus
