As an L1 Support for IFS, your primary responsibility will be to provide first-level technical support and assistance to end-users regarding IFS applications and systems. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues, resolving tickets, and escalating complex problems to higher-level support teams when necessary.

As an L1 Support for IFS, your primary responsibility will be to provide first-level technical support and assistance to end-users regarding IFS applications and systems. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues, resolving tickets, and escalating complex problems to higher-level support teams when necessary.
Responsibilities
- End user support triage and escalation.
- System Health check (e.g. backups, server health, integration reporting)
- End user support triage and escalation.
- simple user requests (e.g. over the shoulder support, FAQs)
- ARMS request processing (e.g. User onboarding)
- System personalisation (e.g. search filters)
- Respond to end user queries (e.g. access level queries, reporting, user-level incidents)
- Respond system event alerts, log faults (e.g. System performance incidents)
- Usability checks (e.g. system responsiveness)
- Create problem records (e.g. for repeat incidents)
- Data Quality checks (e.g. foundation data validation)
- Integration reporting (e.g. ticket status alignment)
- Conduct runbook automations (e.g. automated process restarts, invoke workflows)
- Software license compliance
- Sox control (Remedy user attestation reports)
- Incident comms (all severities, business hours)
SKILL SET(IFS):
- Basic Unix and Database SQL skills
- Basic IFS admin skill
- Ability to provide End User support, respond to all type of queries from end users (access level queries, user level incidents, reporting, etc.)
- Proficiency in following troubleshooting procedures and documenting solutions.
- Experience with ticketing systems like Jira, Remedy.

As an L2 Support Agent/Supervisory IFS, you will be responsible for providing second-level technical support to end-users, supervising the L1 support team, and ensuring smooth operations of IFS applications and systems.

We are looking for a skilled L2 Support Agent/Supervisory with expertise in IFS (Integrated Financial System) to join our client. As an L2 Support Agent/Supervisory IFS, you will be responsible for providing second-level technical support to end-users, supervising the L1 support team, and ensuring smooth operations of IFS applications and systems.
Responsibilities
- DR readiness review and test (document TRP, perform DR failover)
- Service Catalogue Maintenance (e.g. Remedy SC)
- Password changes (System accounts)
- Foundation data audit (repair data misalignments)
- complex user requests (e.g. low-code configuration)
- Security patching, vulnerability remediation
- Log and Implement Changes as per Release schedule / Urgent Incident Fixes
- minor system configuration (e.g. dropdown list changes, system configuration)
- Attend Major Incident Boilers (P1 and P2 incidents)
- Log problem cases with OEM, ensure SLAs are met
- Test and deploy application patches/fixes
- Implement workarounds where OEM fixes are pending
- System maintenance (e.g. DB indexing,)
- Remediate data errors (e.g. foundation data, transactional data)
- OEM incident report
- Incident reports
- Environment management (e.g. QA snapshots)
SKILL SET(IFS):
- Extensive knowledge of IFS FSM modules, including PSO and Mobility.
- Hands-on experience in configuration, UI design, and customization within IFS FSM applications.
- Skilled in developing and optimizing SQL queries, Views, and Store procedures to enhance FSM functionality.
- Experienced in integrating FSM with remedy.
- Proficient in designing and customizing FSM mobile applications to meet specific business needs.
- Capable of providing technical support and troubleshooting for FSM-related issues.
- Familiarity with IFS hosted solutions and their implementation.

- Legal representation in civil matters.
- Ensure that the law library at the office is up to date and adequate.
- B Proc or LLB.
- Admitted attorney.
- At least seven years’ post-admission legal experience.
- Experience as a Senior Legal Practitioner or equivalent preferable.
- Legal Quality Assurance score of not less than 90%.
- Must be able to mentor and supervise.
- Legal representation and litigation skills.
- Human rights orientation.
