Job Description
To monitor, evaluate and report on organisational and divisional performance against set strategic objectives, in accordance with the Strategic Management Framework.

- Monitoring and Evaluation of Strategic Projects, Shareholder Policy and Programme
- Research and Data Analysis
- Budget Management
- Corporate Governance & Risk Management
- Degree (NQF Level 7) in a commerce, risk management, accounting, internal audit or science related field
- 5 years' experience in the monitoring and evaluation of performance
Knowledge of applicable legislation and regulations; Knowledge of Shareholder Policy and Programme; Knowledge of monitoring & evaluation principles, best practice, methodologies and tools; Knowledge of financial principles; planning and organising skills; Data analysis Skills; Communication skills; Reporting skills; Research skills; Numeric ability; Time management skills; Computer literacy; & Report writing.

A non-profit organisation is looking for an M&E Specialist for its Social Investment business.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesMonitoring & evaluation leadership, expertise, and guidance across the company in order to continuously strengthen our ability to measure and report on social impact. To help ensure the company maintains its position at the forefront of M&E and social investment.
Desired Experience & Qualification- Honours degree in statistics, social sciences, or similar is required (Master’s degree preferred).
- Supporting qualification in M&E is preferred.
- At least 7 years’ M&E experience is required.
- Experience managing and leading evaluations is required.
- Experience in designing, building, and refining an M&E database is preferred.
- Experience with social investment-specific M&E activities is preferred.
- Valid driver’s licence.
R500,000 - R700,000/annum
