We are have an exciting position for our client, a multi national

In this influential position, you will lead strategic initiatives across Group Africa, driving the definition, structure, execution, and monitoring of projects aligned to our regional and global priorities. You will work directly with senior leadership, engage with cross-functional and cross-brand teams.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Structuring and managing complex strategic projects
  • Leading cross-functional project teams
  • Ensuring quality analysis, adherence to timelines, and actionable outcomes across all strategic projects.
  • Driving the implementation of Group Africa's Regional Strategy,
  • Developing and embedding a local project management methodology.
  • Monitoring progress of strategic initiatives and reporting regularly to the Board.
  • Ensuring strategy is aligned with operational execution and supporting flawless project delivery across divisions.

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for a dynamic and strategic thinker with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Essential Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 7–10 years' experience in a significant strategic role.
  • Minimum 5 years' leadership experience in a complex, cross-functional environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in senior-level decision-making, business consulting, and financial analysis.

Added Advantage:

  • A postgraduate qualification (preferably a Master's in Business).
  • Experience working in the automotive or African business landscape.
