Closely monitor the implementation of the strategy and plans through attending Steerco/ Manco; interaction with key stakeholders; regular client visits etc. Regularly update the pipeline and status report, and SAP to indicate and track progress in respect of transactions under your portfolio of clients.

Attend and contribute to the weekly Capability Advisory Services and periodic Business Advisory and Turnaround Services meetings. Provide efficient service to both internal and external stakeholders/clients.

Profile

To provide advisory services to clients depicting early warning signs of distress, that support limiting an increase in further distress; and where encountered, craft solutions and monitor implementation of interventions for these clients thereby restricting the number of clients that progress into turnaround and business rescue.

To support the clients through providing management consulting services, specialist knowledge and expertise to help them grow, operate better and become high-performance businesses.

Qualification

Alliance Banking Senior Business Analyst – Key Requirements 1. Business Analysis & Strategy Alignment Proven ability to elicit, document, and validate business requirements in a complex partnership-driven banking environment. Strong understanding of Alliance Banking models, including Baa S, white-label platforms, and embedded financial services. Ability to conduct gap analyses, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses for proposed solutions. Experience in supporting business case development, particularly for new partner onboarding, product enhancements, or regulatory projects. 2. Financial Services & Regulatory Knowledge Strong grasp of banking products and services (e.g., payments, savings, credit, cards, collections, remittances). Familiarity with South African financial regulations including SARB, FSCA, FICA, and POPIA requirements. Exposure to risk, compliance, and audit processes, particularly in third-party/partner environments. 3. Process Design & Optimisation Experience in documenting and improving end-to-end business processes, especially those involving external partners. Ability to model workflows using tools such as BPMN, Visio, or Lucidchart. Knowledge of control environments, KPIs, SLAs, and escalation frameworks across operational value chains. 4. Data Analysis & Insights Competency in data-driven decision-making, including data profiling, reconciliation, and insights to support product performance. Ability to work with Excel, SQL, Power BI or equivalent to perform ad hoc analysis. Understanding of data governance and quality, especially in integrated partner environments. 5. Partner & Stakeholder Management Strong stakeholder management skills with experience interfacing across IT, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Product, and external partners. Proven ability to act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring shared understanding and execution. Confidence in participating in governance committees, product working groups, and external partner discussions. 6. Project Management & Agile Delivery Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum or hybrid project methodologies, including backlog grooming and sprint planning. Exposure to JIRA, Confluence, Dev Ops, Trello, or similar tools. Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver under tight deadlines in a fast-paced Alliance environment. 7. Documentation & Communication Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear, concise, and structured reporting. Ability to create and present business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications (FRDs), and user stories. Experience in preparing partner onboarding documentation, SOPs, and support playbooks. 8. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field (postgraduate advantageous). Job Purpose:

Minimum Requirements :

Education:

  • Post graduate degree from a top tier University in either Engineering, Finance, Mathematics and/or Actuarial Science.
  • CFA level 1/MBA - advantageous.

Experience & Technical Skills:

  • Minimum 7 - 10 years’ strategic work experience with a reputable consulting firm.
  • Demonstrated experience across the full consulting lifecycle: sales, delivery, and project closure
  • Consulting experience in Financial Services, Telecommunications and Infrastructure Sectors.
  • Advanced proficiency in analytics tools including excel, python etc.
  • Proven track record in cost reduction, digital transformation, operating model redesign, and performance improvement.

Soft Skills:

  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and interpersonal effectiveness.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead and influence in complex, ambiguous environments.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the implementation of our software solutions, ensuring a seamless transition and optimal utilisation of our products. Your expertise will play a crucial part in enhancing client satisfaction.

  • Understand all the functionality within the GhostPractice system.
  • Installing and setting up software at clients.
  • Interviewing clients and their staff in order to understand their business and operational requirements.
  • Analysing the information that clients currently use to perform their duties.
  • Converting Non- Financial client's data from Legacy system into GhostPractice.
  • Managing and completing the conversion process between the conversions Team and Implementation Team.
  • Updating clients with latest GhostPractice version.
  • Train clients on all the functionality within the GhostPractice system.
  • Problem solving of client issues.
  • Functional testing of software.
  • Preparing and managing project plans.
  • Servicing clients in terms of their requirements of the GhostPractice system.
  • Meeting with clients and managing projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the strategy as expressed by the Executive Management team of the company.
  • Report directly to your Team Leader on all related activities.
  • Managing the Project assigned to you and making sure that all Milestones are met and the Project Launches as per project plan.
  • Attending to meetings with the client about the project.
  • Interviewing the client and understanding the client’s processes and procedures in order to implement GhostPractice successfully.
  • Understanding and Analysing the client’s data along with the client and converting and importing it into GhostPractice (Non-Financial).
  • Testing the integrity of the data along with the client.
  • Training Clients in a classroom setup or doing one-on-one training sessions with individual clients on GhostPractice.
  • Installing SQL and GhostPractice at the client if and when necessary.
  • Assisting the client with handholding and support during the Testing- and Launch phases.
  • Communicating project progress internally as well as to the client on a regular basis.
  • Ensuring that your client understands all the appropriate Financial and Management Reports in the system to assist them in better managing their business and staff.
  • Ensuring that all project related admin and documentation is completed and filed on GhostPractice and that all client signed documents are submitted to the Line Manager as well.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and remain focused and organized.
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Understand all the functionality within the GhostPractice system.
  • Effectively manage Project Milestones and Due Dates.


Career Growth Measurables

  • Effectively manage and understand the conversion process and financial data from the Legacy System to GhostPractice to assist the Conversion Specialist team in successfully converting the data correctly.
  • Can do full SQL and GhostPractice installation at the client which includes Mobile App and GP Web.
  • Can setup Backups after SQL and GhostPractice installation at clients.
  • Excellent understanding of all duties and responsibilities of an Implementation Consultant.
  • Excellent Track Record as an Implementations Consultant.
  • Have successfully implemented over 10 projects with the Full Implementation- or Matter Management process.
  • Have successfully implemented all modules of GhostPractice (not necessarily all at one site) and by means of re-implementations and assisting on projects onsite or remotely.
