We are looking for a Business Strategy Associate to work closely with our CEO in shaping EASE's growth agenda. This role is ideal for someone with early career experience (2–3 years) in consulting, banking, leasing, or healthcare, who wants to move into a dynamic, mission-driven scale-up. You will support strategic projects, investor relations, and operational initiatives across markets.

What you'll do
- Work directly with the CEO on high-priority strategic and commercial initiatives
- Conduct market, competitive, and financial analyses (healthcare, leasing, and equipment financing)
- Build structured models, presentations, and materials for investors, partners, and board members
- Support evaluation of new markets, partnerships, and business models
- Translate complex research and data into clear insights and recommendations
- Drive cross-functional coordination across teams and external stakeholders
What we're looking for
Minimum qualification(s) and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in one of the following:
- Management consulting (exposure to healthcare, infrastructure, or financial services ideal)
- Investment banking or corporate finance (experience in structured finance, leasing, or project finance)
- Healthcare strategy, health tech, or medical equipment sector
Desirable Characteristics & Skills:
Core Requirements
- Strong financial and commercial acumen: advanced Excel/financial modelling and ability to analyze unit economics, leasing structures, and pay-per-use models.
- Understanding of healthcare delivery models in emerging markets and/or medical equipment financing.
- Excellent business writing and presentation skills in English, with ability to prepare board- and investor-level materials.

Teach The Nation (TTN) recruits a network of exceptional leaders who want to address the inequity that characterises our current public education system. Through our two-year programme, our leaders will bring change to their communities and the greater South African Education space? As part of our program, you will develop yourself as a professional leader through our Conscious Leadership (CL) and High Impact Teaching Strategies (HITS) needed to change learners lives in high-need schools. You are the Change Maker in classrooms and communities?
TTN invites Novice Educators who are eager to be Change Makers and create lasting impact to apply for our fully funded programme. This programme is designed to positively influence learners' lives by equipping educators with core leadership and teaching skills.
- You are currently employed as an educator, working in an under-resourced Primary or High school
- You have 1-3 years of experience in teaching
- You are based in one of the following Provinces; Western Cape, Gauteng, KZN, or Limpopo
- You have a passion for influencing school culture, demonstrating leadership, and making a positive impact in your school community.
- You are between the ages of 22 - 35 years
- You are qualified to teach in one or more of the following phases: Foundation, Intermediate, Senior, or Further Education and Training (FET)
- You are qualified to teach one or more of the following subjects:
- STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths)
- Languages (Home and First Additional Languages)
- IT, Coding and Robotics
- You are a Registered South African citizen
- You are SACE Registered or have proof of application

Please note: This programme does not include any formal examinations but does require full commitment, active participation, and completion of all assignments and skills development pathways.

Departmental Heads are key school leaders whose influence shapes school culture by improving subject team performance, driving curriculum planning, using data to inform teaching, leading assessment and learner achievement, and fostering a collaborative culture of excellence.
This programme is designed to strengthen your ability to meet these Quality Management System (QMS) and Personnel Administrative Measures (PAM) responsibilities through targeted coaching, classroom practice support, and real-world leadership development.
- You are currently employed as a DH working in a Public Primary or High school ( BEd or PGCE)
- You are based in the Western Cape
