• 5-10 years of experience in the FMCG industry and the Off-Premise trade specifically.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
• Excellent analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
• High numerical ability; discerns trends, patterns, and anomalies in data with probable cause and effect.
• Must have the ability to retrieve, understand, and interpret data from numerous sources.
• Operations and Logistics experience would be an advantage.
• Project Management and experience in briefing and managing external agency partners.
• Must have a valid driver's license and own transport.

Basic Salary: R10 000 to R15 000 per month (depending on experience).

Commission Structure: The commission will be based on a percentage of the total sales generated, with tiered levels to encourage continued success.

• Tier 0 (No Commission): Achieve less than 80% of the monthly sales target – 0% commission on total sales.
• Tier 1 (Base Commission): Achieve 80% of the monthly sales target – 2.5% commission on total sales.
• Tier 2 (Performance Bonus): Achieve 100% of the monthly sales target - 5% commission on total sales.
• Tier 3 (Excellence Reward): Exceed the monthly sales target – 7.5% commission on total sales.
