Key Responsibilities:

You will perform with high integrity in operation, loss prevention compliance, human resource management, stock management, as well as visual merchandising presentation. You will be a dynamic and inspiring leader who has strong background in relationship building skills.

As the Store Leader you will represent the brand as a Curve Gear Ambassador by promoting the values and ambitions of the brand within the marketplace.

The Store Leader is responsible for leading the team to create a brilliant experience where our customers feel delighted, surprised, and excited. To achieve this, he/she should be empowering and coaching the team to maintain and grow strong long-term customer relationships.
